Interpretation

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural.

• Website refers to armomedicare.com.
• Service refers to the Website and insurance-related services provided through licensed agents and affiliated carriers, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, life insurance, hospital indemnity, and ancillary products.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
• Device means any device capable of accessing the Service.
• Affiliate means an entity under common ownership or control with the Company.
• Feedback means suggestions, ideas, or feedback provided by You.
• Third-Party Services means services provided by carriers, vendors, or technology partners.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern Your use of the Service and constitute a binding agreement between You and the Company.

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, do not use the Service.

You represent that You are at least 18 years old. The Service is not intended for individuals under 18.

Your use of the Service is also subject to Our Privacy Policy, which explains how We collect and use personal information.

Nature of Services (Important Medicare Disclosure)

Armo Creative LLC, d/b/a Armo Benefits and Services is not the federal government, is not affiliated with Medicare, and does not represent every plan available in every area.

Plan availability and benefits vary by location. A licensed agent may contact You to discuss options.

No plan enrollment is guaranteed, and final eligibility, pricing, and coverage determinations are made by the insurance carrier.

User Information & Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms or communicating with Us.

You acknowledge that:

• Providing false or incomplete information may prevent Us from assisting You.
• You are responsible for updating Your information if it changes.

SMS & Phone Communications (TCPA Compliance)

By submitting Your phone number, You expressly consent to be contacted by Armo Creative LLC, d/b/a Armo Benefits and Services ("Armo Benefits and Services") or its licensed agents via:

• Phone calls
• SMS/text messages (including automated or prerecorded messages)

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Armo Benefits and Services. You may receive messages related to: enrollment confirmations, plan document reminders, appointment scheduling, annual plan review notifications, and general customer service communications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on Your account activity and the services You have enrolled in. You will typically receive no more than 10 messages per month.

Opt-Out

• Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all future text messages
• Text HELP for assistance or contact information

After texting STOP, You will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless You re-subscribe by texting START.

Costs & Carriers

Message and data rates may apply depending on Your mobile carrier plan. Armo Benefits and Services is not responsible for any charges from Your carrier. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile data may be shared with our technology service providers (e.g., SMS delivery platforms) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.

Intellectual Property

All Website content (excluding user-submitted content) is the property of Armo Creative LLC, d/b/a Armo Benefits and Services and protected by U.S. intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

Feedback

You grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use any Feedback You provide.

Third-Party Links

The Service may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at Your own risk.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time without notice if You violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armo Creative LLC, d/b/a Armo Benefits and Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount paid by You, whichever is greater.

"AS IS" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Armo Creative LLC, d/b/a Armo Benefits and Services is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
